In 2011, Reality Consultants was established by our founders, Chris and Jason.
With over 30 years experience in housing management, our company is focused on supporting organisations to create and improve their services. We have practical ability and real experiences through our growth within the social housing industry and from our drive to reach senior management roles nationally.
We support social housing landlords and contractors in managing housing residents, leaseholders, housing stock, compliance and delivery of asset management and facilities management in local authorities, housing associations, TMO's, ALMO's and housing management organisations.
Through wealth and knowledge within social housing, we created associates of like minded people with a similar work ethos that can provide real support to organisations, including advisory & consultancy services and interim and temporary support in roles in the following areas:
